- Department: Administration
- Location: Mumbai
2. ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Reporting To: Managing Trustee / Intermediary to Trustees
- External Relationships: Lawyers, Government & other agencies etc
3. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- The primary responsibility of the Administrative & Legal Associate is to handle, under the guidance of management, the legal & administrative department at the Trust, as well as handle all the legal correspondence for the Trust.
5. PRINCIPAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting all written correspondence on behalf of the Trust for advocates, governments, etc.
- Being updated with relevant Laws & matters and understanding / interpreting laws as required.
- Interacting with internal and stakeholders i.e. Employees, Trustees and Lawyers, Government & other agencies etc
- Filing and maintaining legal documents in soft copy and hard copy.
- Updating Trustees on administrative and legal on a daily basis.
- Performing daily administrative duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
6. PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Age ~ 25 -35 years preferable
- Qualifications - Graduate or Postgraduate in Law (LLB / LLM)
- Experience - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a law firm / legal department of an organization.
7. Skills
- Proficiency in English and Marathi language, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
- Proficient at MS Word
- Willingness to travel to Nashik will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
