**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads/sales.
- Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximise ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, user engagement metrics, and campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, principles, and channels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, track metrics, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
