**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive - Paid Ads Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to target the right users at the right time.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers for visual creatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
- Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure messaging consistency and funnel effectiveness.
- Manage ad budgets and forecast performance to ensure efficient spending.
- Track and report KPIs and campaign outcomes regularly to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with landing page optimization tools.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and pixel tracking.
