**Responsibilities: -**
- Compile and analyze weekly purchase statistics across various sites.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment updates for vendors and update the accounts department accordingly.
- Manage the registration process for vendors/suppliers in the ERP system. Develop inventory strategies.
- Build strong connections with clients, sellers, and vendors to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
- Manage contracts with sellers and vendors.
- Identify reliable suppliers based on the quality, cost, and reliability of goods/services for optimal procurement.
- Develop and execute effective strategies for successful implementation.
- Analyze the purchasing processes and delivery systems.
- Seek reliable suppliers to meet specified requirements.
- Negotiate prices, establish quality standards, and coordinate delivery terms.
- Coordinate order quantities and initiate bid requests for supply contracts.
- Coordinate delivery and storage operations.
- Effectively oversee budgets, focusing on ROIs and payments for optimal financial management.
- Conduct annual assessments to evaluate and analyze rates.
- Knowledge of software like MSP, ERP, AutoCAD, and Excel.
- Proven work experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
