Have over 3-6 years of hands-on experience on Informatica is a must
- Have over 3-6 years’ Experience in Oracle database is a must
- Have over 3-6 years’ Experience on Informatica Support and maintenance would be a must

- Strong understanding and exposure on Data warehousing concepts. Should have worked on at least 1-2 Data Warehouse project in the past.
- End to End production support experience.
- Should have strong experience of managing Data Warehousing and BI Projects
- Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts. ITIL foundation certification is a plus
- Have Strong technical skills in Database and scripting (PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL and Stored procedures)
- Understand the logical mapping and data models provided and design and develop ETL mappings as per available patterns.
- Maintain the required technical documents and adhere to the processes and best practices put in place for Informatica/BO Development/Support
- End to End production support experience
- Knowledge of ticketing tool. E.g. CA service desk, Service Now, Remedy and ALM Tool e.g. JIRA
- At least 5+ years of Level2/Level3 Support experience using an ETL Tool like Informatica is required
- Provide analysis and capability to resolve high priority support issues.
- Knowledge / Exposure to Business Objects as Reporting Tool will be a plus
- Have Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Adaptability to change
- Ability to understand the big picture to work with the Architects and also granular hands-on experience to work with the team
- Knowledge of processes & development best practices
