An edtech company is looking for a very creative Thumbnail Designer

**Daily tasks include**:

- Create attractive thumbnails
- Work under tight deadlines and submitting tasks on time
- Use YouTube strategies and graphic design knowledge to create the most successful thumbnails increasing CTR, viewership & retention

**Skills needed**:

- Experience with Photoshop and Canva is a MUST
- In depth knowledge on CTR metric, and a good read on YouTube audience
- Stay up-to-date with guidelines pertaining to YouTube thumbnails.
- Experience in graphic design
- A love for Creativity & Designing

**Application Requirements**:

- Cover Letter, Resume and a minimum of 3 thumbnails.
- Please look at some of the Edtech channels providing courses
- Put together a list of 5 channels that you identify with their thumbnails styles and a brief explanation why.

Its an urgent opening.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,619.56 - ₹32,161.40 per month
