Position Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer Trainee at OG Web Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced design team to learn the ins and outs of user interface and user experience design. You will play a vital role in creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Collaboration: Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

2. Research: Conduct research on user preferences, industry trends, and best practices to inform design decisions.

3. Wireframing: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.

4. UI Design: Assist in designing user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

5. Usability Testing: Participate in usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.

6. Graphics Creation: Create and edit visual assets, including icons, images, and illustrations.

7. Documentation: Maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.

8.Learning and Growth: Continuously learn and stay updated on UI/UX design trends and tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or in-progress).

Strong interest in UI/UX design and a desire to build a career in this field.

Basic understanding of design principles and tools (e.g., Photoshop or Illustrator).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
