**Job Description: SolidWorks Designer**

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Proficiency in SolidWorks**: A strong understanding of SolidWorks features, including **Part Modeling**, **Assembly Design**, and **Drafting**, especially in **Sheet Metal Design** and **Weldment** tools.
- **Technical Skills**: Experience in Auto CAD, Engineering Drawings, and manufacturing processes.
- **Teamwork**: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with client representatives, engineers, designers, and other team members.
- **Problem-solving**: The ability to identify and resolve design challenges creatively and efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in designs.
- **Organizational**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple teams and projects meeting deadlines effectively.

**Education and Certification**:

- **Associate or Bachelor’s Degree**: A degree in Engineering, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), or a related field is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating 3D models and 2D drawings of products.
- Creating Submission Drawings, Production drawings & CNC files.
- Conducting design reviews and making necessary modifications.
- Generating technical documentation and specifications.
- Collaborating with engineers and other team members to develop and refine designs.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

**Added Advantages**:

- **Simulation and Analysis**: Knowledge of Element Analysis or any other simulation tools can be valuable for advanced design tasks.
- **Industry-Specific Knowledge**: Experience in Signage Industry or any other Manufacturing Industry can be advantageous.
