**IB PYP Homeroom Teacher - Job Description**

**Position**: IB PYP Homeroom Teacher
**Location**: The HillRidge International school, Rasipuram.
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons following the IB PYP framework.
- Foster conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Use formative and summative assessments to track progress.
- Maintain student records and report progress to parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and specialists.
- Engage in professional development and IB training.
- Promote IB learner profile attributes and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Prior IB PYP teaching experience preferred. Freshers can also apply.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for inquiry-based, student-led learning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
