**Site Supervisor - Interior Design**

Oversee the on-site installation of modular furniture, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who assemble furniture and fixtures of any materials, operate woodworking machines and finish furniture to specified colour or finish. Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.

Coordinate with the installation team to efficiently complete projects within established timelines.

Address and rectify any discrepancies or issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or queries from clients.

Identify and resolve challenges that may arise during the installation process, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions.

Establish positive relationships with clients during on-site visits, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth installation process.

Seek feedback from clients to continually improve installation processes.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in modular furniture installation.
- Basic communication skills in English,Hindi,Marathi.
- Understanding of modular furniture systems and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)

- Day Shift (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
