**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment Strategy Development**:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the Murshidabad and Kolkata job markets.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, training centers, and community organizations for sourcing talent.
- **Screening and Interviewing**:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the recruitment process.
- **Employer Branding**:
- Promote the company’s employer brand through job postings, social media engagement, and career events.
- Represent the company at local career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of local job market trends and regional employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in Bengali and English is required.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience working with recruitment in the manufacturing, IT, or service sectors.
- Familiarity with local educational institutions and training centers.
