Chat Support Executive

Engage with customers in real-time through live chat sessions, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers for problem resolution.
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the technical support team and sales team, to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer support experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and live chat support.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on live chat support.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
