**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of **electrical systems and equipment** in the plant
- Carry out **wiring, panel work, and cable management** as per the electrical layout
- Inspect, test, and repair systems to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Attend to breakdowns, identify faults, and resolve electrical issues promptly
- Coordinate with the maintenance and production team to ensure mínimal downtime
- Maintain records of daily work, materials used, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical standards and company policies

**What You Need (Must-Haves)**:
✔ **1-3 years of hands-on experience** as an **Electrician** in a factory or industrial setup
✔ **ITI in Electrician Trade** from a recognized institute
✔ Good knowledge of **wiring, panels, motors, relays, switches**, and **load distribution systems**
✔ Ability to read and understand **electrical diagrams** and layout drawings
✔ Familiar with **preventive and breakdown maintenance** practices
✔ Willingness to work **6 days a week** and in shift-based or on-call duty if required

**Nice to Have**:
➕ Experience in an **engineering or fabrication company**
➕ Understanding of **PLC basics, VFDs**, and **panel troubleshooting**
➕ Knowledge of **energy saving practices** and **basic instrumentation**
➕ Familiarity with **safety norms** and use of **testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.)**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
