**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- **Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.**:

- **Organize and maintain inventory records and reports.**:

- **Coordinate with drivers to manage transportation and delivery schedules.**

**2. Staff Supervision**:

- **Address and resolve staff issues and conflicts as they arise.**

**3. Safety and Compliance**:

- **Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.**

**4. Maintenance and Organization**:

- **Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.**:

- **Organize and optimize the storage layout to maximize space and improve accessibility.**:

- **Ensure cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse.**

**5. Collecting daily cash from drivers and depositing the same in companies bank account**

**6. Coordinating Product Receiving and Distribution**

**7. Packing In charge**

**8. Problem Solving**:

- **Address and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational challenges.**:

- **Implement solutions to improve warehouse efficiency and address any logístical concerns.**

**9. In addition to the above responsibilities you will be liable to work as a Delivery Van driver if there is any requirement reported by the reporting manager because of absenteeism of driver.**

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
