**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with field sales team to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases, CRM systems, and records.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and track industry trends.
- Search and report on tenders, RFPs, and government notifications.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Provide administrative support for sales events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company policies.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
