Food Technologist

we are looking for a Food technologist with expertise in making flavour for the soft drinks that has the health benefit. He/She must possess very good knowledge of the mass production.In and out knowledge of preparing a soft drink with integrated fully automated machine with turnout of maximum shelf life

- generating new product ideas and recipes
- modifying and improving existing recipes
- designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale
- liaising with marketing staff
- ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met
- identifying and choosing products from suppliers
- monitoring the use of additives
- testing and examining samples
- writing reports.
- planning, organising and overseeing process or production trials
- making improvements or modifications to current processes
- formulating new production processes or stages within processes
- using design models to develop manufacturing processes
- generating ideas for new products and researching feasibility in terms of profitability, resource availability and compliance with regulations.
- staying up-to-date with products on the market
- recording and analysing data
- presenting results to colleagues
- investigating and testing new equipment
- liaising with engineering, research, technical and/or production staff
- supervising junior staff including technicians
- writing and reading technical papers, reports, reviews and specifications
- keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
