**Role**:Intern-Information Security Compliance**
**Location**: Bangalore

**Duration**:Minimum 6 months

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Assist in doing risk assessment and privacy impact assessment
- Assist in security incident response, client RFPs and third party risk assessment
- Participate in security awareness training and education programs.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with standard, contractual and legal security and privacy requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Assist in review of cloud security posture
- Assist in review of IT and network security posture

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled or holding a degree in a bachelor's or master's degree program in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles and practices.
- Basic understanding of ISO 27001 and SOC2
- Basic understanding of GDPR
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CompTIA Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Associate, CEH, OSCP are a plus.
- A Desire to learn and to share knowledge.
