**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Design Creation**: Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphics for social media posts, marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners), and other digital and print collateral.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing team members, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members to enhance visual appeal and effectiveness.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Adobe Proficiency**: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design, particularly in social media graphics and marketing materials.
- **Design Principles**: Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs that meet project specifications.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree. A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a marketing agency or startup environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver in tight deadlines
- Familiarity with web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Ability to create original illustrations or custom graphics as needed.
