**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.

Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget to recommend suitable sarees, suits, or lehengas.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering a memorable shopping experience.

**Product Knowledge**:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the different types of sarees, suits, and lehengas, including fabric types, designs, weaving techniques, and care instructions.

Stay updated on the latest trends and traditional attire, including Banarasi, Kanchipuram, Chikankari, bridal wear, and more.

Educate customers on the unique features of each product, including craftsmanship, fabric quality, and design intricacies.

**Sales Performance**:
Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products and upselling when appropriate.

Track and analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet and exceed goals.

Process transactions, manage invoicing, and ensure accurate billing.

**Inventory Management**:
Assist in managing stock levels, organizing displays, and ensuring the shop is well-maintained.

Report inventory needs to ensure timely restocking of popular items

**Customer Feedback**:
Gather and document customer feedback to improve service and product selection.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Team Collaboration**:
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in retail sales, preferably in sarees, ethnic wear, or traditional apparel.

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in fashion merchandising or retail management is a plus.

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.

Strong sense of fashion and an understanding of ethnic wear trends.

Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management software.
