**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Act as the liaison between architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Facilitate clear communication and address project challenges.
- **Feasibility Studies**: Conduct site and zoning analyses, prepare feasibility reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- **Design Development**: Assist in design calculations, concept creation, and architectural plans while ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.
- **Presentations & Documentation**: Prepare presentations, maintain project documentation, and showcase design progress to stakeholders.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical guidance, use software like AutoCAD and Revit for drafting, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- **Compliance**: Ensure designs meet zoning and building regulations, assist in permits, and manage regulatory documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
- Minimum 1 year in architectural coordination or real estate.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, building codes, and project management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
