An architect's job is to design and plan new buildings, homes, offices, and more. They work with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and then create designs that meet those needs. Responsibilities Design: Create sketches and detailed drawings of the project Consult with clients: Meet with clients to discuss their needs and requirements Manage projects: Oversee the construction process to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget Negotiate with contractors: Work with contractors to ensure the project is built as designed Prepare documentation: Create construction documents, specifications, and budgets Test feasibility: Ensure the project is feasible and meets all relevant regulations Review costs: Develop and review estimates of construction costs Select firms: Help choose architectural and engineering firms to prepare plans and specifications Skills Communication: Be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Creativity: Be able to create innovative designs Technical expertise: Have a strong understanding of construction technologies and building codes Project management: Be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Age limit 18 to 30

Language preferred Tamil only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,158.91 - ₹57,766.33 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
