Monitor and control entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Check identification, issue visitor passes, and maintain entry logs.
- Patrol the premises regularly to ensure security and detect signs of intrusion or vandalism.
- Operate and monitor security cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems.
- Respond to security alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
- Report any irregularities, hazards, or security breaches to the Security Supervisor or management.
- Document and log security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist in investigations of security-related incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine checks on fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and other safety equipment.
- Enforce company policies regarding restricted areas and prohibited items.
- Assist in fire drills, evacuations, and emergency response plans.
- Prevent theft, damage, and unauthorized access to company property.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials and vehicles as per company procedures.
- Escort employees, visitors, or deliveries when necessary.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous security experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
- **Certifications**: Security training certification or licensing (if required by law).
- **Skills**:

- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of security systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift objects (if required) and respond quickly in emergencies.

**Work Schedule**:

- May require rotating shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays based on company needs.
- Shift - 12 hrs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
