**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform TIG welding on thin sheet metal components with precision
- Ensure welds meet stringent quality and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of hands-on TIG welding experience (preferably in sheet metal)
- Freshers with relevant training or certifications are also encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
