Liaso Architect

Required **Architect
- Liaso** for a leading Infrastructure Company at Nariman Point.

Qualifications: Minimum Graduate Degree in Architecturewith exposure to commercial requirement of Construction business.

Additional Preferred
- Should have worked extensively 10 to 15 years a reputed architecture firm / developer / EPC company
- Strong Technical Base in Building designs

Should have completed at least 2 projects of high-rise buildings with high end finishes.

Responsibilites: - Co-ordination and communication with Design Architects, **Liaison Architects**, Structural Consultants, and various other consultants / agencies for timely deliverables during Project Design phase. Review and approve inputs provided by such agencies.
- Co-ordination & liaising with various Govt authority for obtaining various project approvals.

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Proven experience as design & construction of building projects
- In-depth understanding of design &construction procedures and statutory rules & regulations
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with architecture software and construction/ project management software
- Good communication and negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
