**Overview**:We are seeking an enthusiastic RCI Registered Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing therapy, conducting assessments, and contributing to the development of comprehensive care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate individual, couple therapy sessions and child and adolescent counselling, offering a supportive and empathetic environment to address diverse psychological concerns.
- Conduct daily outpatient department (OPD) sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients seeking regular therapeutic support and interventions.
- Administer Psychometric and psychological assessments, encompassing IQ, ADHD, Personality, and other evaluations and provide reports to the patients.
- Lead the planning and execution of mental health awareness programs, webinars, workshops, and mental health camps, contributing to community engagement.
- Conceptualize and facilitate both online and offline workshops and training programs for mental health professionals.
- Mentor full-time interns, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering their professional development within the field of psychology.
- Uphold and enforce the highest standards of clinical care, ensuring ethical practices and adherence to established protocols in therapy and assessments.
- Execute clinical programs as directed by the Clinical and Administartion Head, contributing to the strategic goals and vision of the organization.
- Participate in Social media activities by providing mental health tips and engaging in video
- shoots arranged by our team.
- Represent Thriving Minds at awareness talks conducted at institutions and other organisations to educate the audience about various mental health topics as per the theme.
- Offer insightful recommendations towards clinical needs for organizational improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, fostering a multidisciplinary approach toaddress complex mental health challenges and enhance overall organizational synergy.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. or Psy.D in Clinical Psychology.
- MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI registered) from an accredited university.
- Current and valid board certification.
- Valid certification in conducting psychotherapy exercises and administering diagnostic tests.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Hospital/Clinical experience required; mental health or rehabilitation setting experience preferred.
- 4+ years of work experience as a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- Familiarity with current DSM / ICD Criteria.
- Strong working knowledge of general psychological principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Timings**:10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday - weekly off)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
