Electrician (Maintenance)

**Position: Civil & Electrical Supervisor**

Qualification**:Any Degree**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of Electrical equipment and panels.
- Performing daily maintenance tasks and maintaining a record of it.
- Maintain plant availability without breakdown for smooth operation.
- Carrying out preventative maintenance on all electrical equipment & systems.
- Optimal daily electrical operation planning, direction, and management.
- Know your equipment in and out and understanding of the tools needed to complete the tasks.
- Able to recognise the different types of breakdowns and make timely decisions to resolve them.
- Daily maintenance of electrical spare availability and power factor.
- Plan regular electrical system maintenance and inspections and ensure timely completion of theactivity.
- Monitor and enforce all safety regulations.
- Ensure the civil engineering projects are in accordance with the design and specifications, as well as with safety regulations, by conducting an inspection and observation.
- Respond to all civil engineering-related concerns and offer assistance, whether they are urgent or emergency calls or corrective works inside of facilities.
- Managing project resources and finances and arranging for the delivery and procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.
- Ensuring projects are carried out efficiently on schedule and within the allotted budget.
- Maintaining and keeping track of inventory.
- Daily report generation of pending and completed works.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
