Trainer - Bfsi

**Job responsibility**:
PADASALAI is desirous of contributing to community development through BFSI skilling initiatives for the marginalized youth. The rationale behind our initiative stems from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by youth in accessing quality skill development opportunities, particularly in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. We recognize the pivotal role that skill development plays in shaping the future of our youth, particularly in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

**Required knowledge on**: - Fundamentals of Banking Operations - Financial Management and Investment Banking - Risk Management and Insurance Principles - Regulatory Framework in BFSI Sector.

**Training responsibility**:
Basics of Computer and MS Word, Excel, Conversation Skills, Questioning, Persuasion, Negotiation Skills, introduction to customer service and relationship management, the evolution of money and banking, Loans and Credit services, KYC guidelines, Finance basics, financial inclusion, Overview of sales and preparation, preparation for sales meeting, Closing a Sale and After-Sale call, Basic saving deposit account, agriculture credit, Micro insurance, Mutual funds, pension, etc.

**Qualification**:
**Experience**:
Experience of working in Social development project in similar job roles.
Digitally sound/able to work in MIS tools
Local person preferable (from same area)

**Salary**: 17000/- to 20000/- per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
