Hours: Full-time 50 hours/week. Available 6 days of the week from 11am to 8pm

Responsibilities for Doctor:

- Attend, Examine and Treat patients in the OPD for the common ailments
- Perform basic diagnostic tests to diagnose patients
- Treat patients in the clinic for minor emergencies
- Develop personal relationships with patients
- Schedule and administer follow-up examinations.
- Offer comprehensive wellness exams and screenings for chronic disease management.
- Administering vaccinations - Adult
- Recommend and facilitate/Refer specialist consultation for treatment outside of their capacity.
- Educating patients in health management and disease prevention.
- Keep detailed Case records of the patient
- Take part in Continued medical Education programs to keep abreast of the latest updates in clinical knowledge and effective patient care delivery,
- Managing aspects of day-day operations and administrative aspects of the clinic
- Financial Management and Cost Accounting Qualifications for Doctor:

- Medical degree (MBBS and above) from an accredited medical school
- MCI/State Medical council Registered Physician with active practising license.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Sound clinical acumen and clinical data documentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills
- Caring, attentive nature
- Strong communication skills and bedside manners for patient relationship management
- People management skills for managing a staff of 2
- Ability to evaluate data and information
- Focused on delivering value in patient care.

Other specification:

- Preferred exposure to community health and Family health
- Clinical Management Training and other relevant trainings
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English
- Sensitivity to cultural differences
- Ability to adopt technology solutions in the day-to-day practice operations towards better patient outcomes and operational efficiencies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,850.00 - ₹76,605.00 per month
