**Job Description**:

- Standalone and Conso MIS preparation on monthly basis
Preparing analysis of MIS
Preparation of Companies projections and Budget - Standalone and Consolidated
Planning for Cost saving, Expansion opportunities etc.
Overseas Subsidiary accounts - Analysis, review of monthly transactions, Trial balances and
reconcialition
To support in finalisation of accounts Standalone and Conso, Tax audit and quarterly closing
To prepare/support to file direct, indirect tax details and filing of returns.
To deal with auditors - Statutory, Internal, IFC and GST audits if required
Comply with listed companies statutory requirements.
