**Location**: Hassan, Mandya, Tumkur, Udupi, Karnataka, India

**Positions Available**: Full Time

**Experience Required**: 1 - 3 years

**Job Purpose and Impact**:
The Dairy Feed Sales Officer role involves supporting the Animal Nutrition Health business in India through face-to-face and remote selling to new and existing customers, appointing new distributors, and selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels within the assigned territory. The officer will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions to farmers.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop, advise, and deliver sales bids, proposals, presentations, and participate in product demonstrations.
- Identify and contact prospective customers, mainly farmers.
- Build customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under mínimal supervision, escalating complex issues as needed.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in handling distributor sales, specifically in rural areas.
- Previous experience in the agriculture sector, particularly with pesticides, fertilizers, and agriculture chemicals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales advisory roles within the agriculture sector.
- Familiarity with general trade and distribution sales.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
