- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Voice Process Executive to join our team. As a Collection Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have outstanding debts and working with them to develop payment plans or other solutions to resolve their debts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiating payment plans and other solutions with customers to resolve their debts
- Providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Updating customer accounts and recording all communication and payment plans in the system
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting and exceeding collection targets and performance metrics

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO for SSC graduates
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO for college graduates
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work night shifts
