**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Lead and facilitate Scrum teams on right development and delivery practices, guide the transition to Agile principles
- Plan and facilitate all aspects of Program Increment planning on a monthly basis
- Facilitate the Scrum of Scrum meetings, and act as facilitator across all interlocked Scrum teams at the Program level
- Serve as an expert on Agile software principles to other team members
- Engage directly with stakeholders to define mission value and prioritize work
- Deploy key metrics to enable continuous improvement
- Support scrum ceremonies for the team where needed (Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review/Demo)
- Facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost effective manner. Act as a conduit to other teams and lines of business stakeholders
- Track and produce key metrics across the entire project
- Works with less structured, more complex issues
- Serves as a resource to others
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). **Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in IT. 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams as Scrum Master or Tech project manager
- Experience in the following:

- Scrum Framework: Deep understanding of Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and rules
- Other Agile Frameworks: Familiarity with Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, etc., to tailor approaches, as necessary
- Meeting Facilitation: Ability to lead effective daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Conflict Resolution: Managing and resolving conflicts within the team to maintain a healthy work environment
- Servant Leadership: Prioritizing the team’s needs, enabling them to perform at their best
- Mentorship: Guiding team members in their personal and professional development
- Active Listening: Understanding team concerns, feedback, and suggestions
- Clear Articulation: Conveying ideas, processes, and feedback effectively to various stakeholders
- Planning and Scheduling: Understanding project timelines and milestones to better assist the team in achieving sprint goals
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks that could impede sprint progress and helping the team mitigate them
- Exposure to the following technologies as Scrum master, product owner or RTE:

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills, critical thinker, and self-starter
- Proven superior communications skills with all levels of employees and both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining view on the strategic direction and being as detailed as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic Coding Knowledge: While not mandatory, having a grasp of the technologies the team uses can enhance communication and problem-solving
- Quality Assurance Practices: Understanding testing methodologies to support the team in maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Test-Driven Development (TDD): Knowledge of TDD can help in fostering a culture of quality within the team
- Metrics Interpretation: Proven ability to analyze simple metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Reporting Skills: Proven ability in creating straightforward reports to communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders
