**Job Description**:

- Review and Manage Sales MIS with respect to units sold, Rate realisation, KYC, Demand,

Collections, and Receivables etc.
- Monitoring Payment status of invoices and manage payments request, 3 - Way match,

Review of GRN etc.
- Review of customer files and new bookings status from the developer.
- Review of bank accounts-maintained w.r.t inflows and outflows, collection tracking from

customers.
- Review of legal cases initiated by customers and updation of status time to time.
- Review of approvals and RERA compliances time to time.
- Review of statutory compliances - TDS, GST, labour and other compliances.
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn with strong work ethics and motivation.
- Strong analytical skills with command on excel.
