We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lift Service Technician to join our growing team in Chennai. The Lift Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a variety of lift systems, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to adhering to safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance checks on elevators according to established schedules and procedures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions in lift systems.
- Carry out necessary repairs and replacements of components, including motors, gears, cables, control panels, and safety devices.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Respond promptly to service calls and effectively resolve equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair work, and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their equipment and any work performed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards, technologies, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Lift Service Technician or Elevator Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems related to lifts.
- Familiarity with various types of lift systems and manufacturers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for service call
