Ai Strategist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking AI Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven strategies that align with our organization's long-term goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can drive business growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
1) AI Strategy Development: Design and implement AI strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring they are actionable and deliver measurable value. This involves not only identifying where AI can add value but also ensuring that the strategy is aligned with the company’s broader business objectives.

The strategist must: Identify business opportunities Define clear objectives Create an actionable roadmap Stakeholder alignment

2) Project Leadership: Lead AI projects from ideation to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to identify use cases, prioritize initiatives, and oversee the deployment of AI solutions. You must: Initiate and manage projects Collaborate across departments Prioritize use cases Monitor progress and adapt Data-driven decision making

3) Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics, machine learning models, and other AI tools to provide actionable insights that inform business strategies and decision-making processes. AI Strategists must leverage data to inform decisions and refine strategies. This process involves: Data analytics and insights Machine learning models AI tools and platforms Continuous improvement

4) Other Responsibilities include: Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with IT, marketing, product, and operations teams to integrate AI into existing systems and workflows. Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to guide future AI investments and innovations. Risk Management: Assess potential risks associated with AI implementations, including ethical, security, and compliance concerns, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Performance Monitoring: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives and ensure ongoing monitoring to assess the impact and refine strategies as needed.

Key Qualifications:
Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6 to 8 years of experience in AI strategy, data science, machine learning, or a similar role. Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, neural networks, and data analytics.

Proven experience in leading AI initiatives from concept to implementation.

Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, IBM Watson, Azure AI). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills with experience working in agile or cross functional teams.

Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance regulations. Preferred Skills: Experience with AI strategy in software services organizations Strong business acumen and the ability to align AI strategies with overall business goals.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). Certifications in AI, machine learning, or project management are a plus.
