**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of design concepts, layout designs, and visual assets in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet project goals and deadlines.
- Modify and optimize existing design materials based on feedback and project requirements.
- Prepare and export final artwork for various platforms, ensuring the highest quality standards and correct file formats.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve your skill set.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design projects and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding, tone, and visual identity.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 year of professional graphic design experience (internship experience can be considered).
- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with web design and responsive design concepts.
- Experience with social media design and marketing assets.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to both creative and non-creative team members.
- **Team Player**: Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with print production processes.
