Customer Support Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Provide customers with information about the company’s offerings, including features, benefits, and promotions.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and create opportunities for further engagement by the sales team.
- Ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed effectively, providing appropriate solutions.
- Update customer information and record all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets to meet department goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers at all times.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 12th grade pass or equivalent education.
- Good to average communication skills in English and Hindi (Fluency in both languages is a plus).
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or similar roles.
- Comfortable making 150 calls per day.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
