Main responsibilities
- Assisting the head designer
- Assisting for the the campaign shoot
- Supervising day-to-day designs activities and production team related to the field of design
- Ensuring that the production teams meet the timelines and deliveries. Working on sampling and product development with the production department
- Designing new collection and managing existing catalog and collections
- Manage new design and fit styles while also maintaining corporate standards for bulk production.
- Knowledge of product development as per fashion forecast trends and brand philosophy.Generating and sharing new ideas for trendy designs
- Creating mood boards and inspiration
- Product development and understanding of basic patterns, cuts and fabrics
- Basic knowledge of embroideries, trims and surfaces.
- Basic Knowledge of Pattern making, garment construction and production process
- Negotiating with existing fabric suppliers, and researching new suppliers for fabrics, and different apparel material. Sourcing fabrics and trims for the new collection
- Identify new opportunities relevant to the firm's customer base through market research.
- Excel sheet and power point knowledge (MUST)
- Good in research and basic communication skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Nashik, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
