Scholarship Marketing Representative

We are excited to welcome a motivated **Scholarship Marketing Representative** to join our team at **Brick Scholars**. Your role will involve introducing the prestigious Bricks Scholarship program to school management and promoting it to students in the designated area. This field job requires an average of 10 school visits per day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Introduce the Bricks Scholarship program to school management and enroll students.
- Build and maintain effective communication with school management till the time students are onboarded.
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of the number of enrolments.
- Handle objections and onboard schools with persuasive communication.
- Keep accurate records of visits and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field sales, Bank sales, Home loan sales, or Education (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Approachable and vibrant personality.
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and strong empathy.
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Regular travel within the designated area.
