Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and manage our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our online community.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to create visually appealing and compelling graphics, videos, and other media assets for social media posts.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule and track the performance of social media posts, and generate reports on key metrics.
- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies to reach our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with social media policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and build strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
- Experience in content creation and curation for social media, with a strong eye for visuals and storytelling.
- Proficient in social media management tools, analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and connect with online audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new and innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
- Experience in using graphic design tools and basic video editing skills are advantageous.
