S Infinite Express is looking for Petty Cash Handlerand Vendor Payments
Education: Any Graduate
Experience - 0-1 year
Job Timing - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Sunday Week Off.
Job Location - Golani Naka, Vasai East,
Salary - Rs. 15000/- to 25000/- Gross per month based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and control the petty cash fund and ensure its safekeeping.
- Issue petty cash to employees upon approval and valid expense claims.
- Record all petty cash disbursements accurately and immediately in the cash book or system.
- Reconcile petty cash on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Prepare petty cash replenishment statements with supporting documents for approval.
- Maintain proper documentation of all petty cash vouchers and receipts.
- Ensure all expenses are supported with proper bills/invoices and approvals.
- Assist in preparing petty cash expense reports for management.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or misuse of funds immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist the accounts department in day-to-day operations as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
