We are looking for a passionate and talented Producer to join the team, You will be working closely with the stakeholders, responsible for complete oversight of the show, ensuring to ensure the quality output is produced on time and within budget. The Producer is at the heart of production and is responsible for getting new clients, maintaining healthy relations with the current clients, managing all aspects of the project, and liaising with the client throughout the launch.

You will also work as a mentor to our Academic Division - Seamedu, mentoring the Game and Visual Effects faculties who are working on building future talent for the industry.

**Key roles & responsibilities:
- Responsible to work with the Business Development team to onboard clients
- Responsible for bidding on new projects in games or changes to the current scope of work
- Be able to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, able to negotiate, and keep clients satisfied
- Oversees client correspondence and acts as primary liaison with all client and internal teams.
- Own and build a production roadmap, defining project staffing needs, timelines, and key feature delivery.
- Predicting, identifying, and proposing solutions for project risks and issues
- Involve in resource management based on project requirements
- Organize, align, and drive the project production team to ensure excellence in all facets of development
- Mentors Production teams and participates in show performance appraisal process and post-mortems What we are looking in you:

- Prior 5+ years of experience working in a production role in the Games industry
- Should have a good understanding of project management methodologies and processes
- Have an in-depth understanding of the game industry and its different stores, platforms and games etc
- Proven ability to collaborate, coordinate, communicate and support other team members
- Creative, motivated, focused, passionate, results-oriented
- Mentor faculties of the academic division

**Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required**: 5+ years of experience in a production role in the Games industry

**Minimum Education Requirements** Graduate in any stream

**Languages** English, Hindi
