**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:
Supervise and lead a team of security guards, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
Assign duties, schedules, and shifts to security personnel, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Conduct regular briefings and debriefings to ensure all team members are informed and prepared.
**Security Operations**:
Monitor security operations to prevent and respond to security breaches, incidents, or emergencies.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure the security of the premises. Investigate and report any security breaches, accidents, or incidents to management and the appropriate authorities.
**Training and Development**:
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to security staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Client Relations**:
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their security needs and concerns.
Address client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized security plans.
**Emergency Response**:
Coordinate and oversee emergency response procedures, including evacuation plans and first aid.
Ensure that all security personnel are trained and equipped to respond effectively to emergencies.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, daily activities, and personnel attendance. Prepare and submit detailed incident reports to management and clients as required.
**Compliance and Regulations**:
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security. Ensure that security operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent degree.
Prior experience in security operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
