The Con Artists is a leading wedding film production company dedicated to capturing the beauty and emotion of weddings through cinematic storytelling. Our team creates timeless wedding films that couples cherish forever, blending creativity with technical expertise.

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Capture cinematic footage of weddings, including ceremonies, receptions, and pre/post-wedding events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and style preferences.
- Set up and operate professional-grade video equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, and lighting.
- Ensure seamless audio recording during events, using microphones and other audio equipment.
- Utilize drones and other specialized equipment to capture unique perspectives (if applicable).
- Work closely with the editing team to ensure footage aligns with the desired style and narrative.
- Manage and maintain videography equipment, ensuring all gear is in excellent working condition.
- Travel to various wedding locations as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a cinematographer or videographer, preferably in weddings or events.
- Proficiency in operating professional video cameras (e.g., Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, RED).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, framing, and camera movements.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (editing experience is a bonus).
- Knowledge of audio recording techniques and equipment.
- Creativity and storytelling skills to bring moments to life through film.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel as required.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**
- Experience with drone videography and licensing (if applicable).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
- Experience in multi-camera setups and live streaming.
