**Position Overview**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Design Creation**

○ Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, print materials, advertisements, and product catalogs.

○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and events.

○ Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all design projects.
- **Trend Research and Innovation**

○ Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to produce fresh and contemporary visuals.

○ Incorporate AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and enhance creativity.

○ Experiment with emerging design technologies to push creative boundaries.
- **Content Development**

○ Develop visually engaging templates and assets that can be repurposed for various campaigns.

○ Create motion graphics, illustrations, and infographics to simplify complex information.

○ Ensure designs are optimized for digital platforms, including web and mobile.
- **Project Management**

○ Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on visual storytelling.

○ Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs to achieve desired results.
- **File Management and Compliance**

○ Maintain organized files and adhere to brand guidelines for consistency.

○ Ensure all design work complies with licensing and copyright regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI tools like Canva, Figma, or generative AI platforms.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to create static and dynamic visuals, including motion graphics and animations.
- Strong knowledge of digital and print design specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the home and lifestyle industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
