We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a creative mindset and strong user empathy to join our growing team. If you're eager to shape digital experiences and work on impactful in-house products, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for Tradais Digital’s core products (ERP & CRM).
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma,

Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into

effective user journeys.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and implement design improvements based

on feedback.
- Ensure consistency in design systems and maintain brand integrity across all products.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Stay updated with design trends, usability standards, and best practices in UI/UX.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role in a digital/product

company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating past projects (web and mobile interfaces).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple product timelines.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration.
- Experience in creating design systems or working with existing ones.
- Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Framer.
- Experience working in agile product teams.
