Dermatologist (Partner)

**Requirement**

We are looking for a dermatologist partner with some initial investment. The compensation will be fixed + profit sharing. We are expanding our clinic to include a dermatology department to cater to the needs of our existing and new patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions for patients of all ages.
- Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, chemical peels, cryotherapy, laser treatments, and minor surgeries.
- Provide expert advice and treatment for cosmetic concerns, including acne, pigmentation, and aging skin.
- Recommend and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on skincare, preventive measures, and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals for holistic patient care when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB or equivalent).
- Valid medical license and registration with relevant medical council.
- Proven experience as a Dermatologist in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Proficient in diagnosing and treating dermatological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build patient trust.
- Strong commitment to patient care and professional ethics.
- Knowledge of the latest advancements in dermatological treatments and procedures.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
