**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Providing strong support to the Staff
- Bridge between India and UK offices and other location offices for papers/ documents / invoices etc
- Making sure of the time receipt of the above and filing systematically. Invoice Reconciliation from UK and other part of countries
- Greetings any Visitors as well manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings
- Manage office supplies and equipment as well AMC of equipments along with ordering and restocking
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Application Question(s):
- How many years you have done overseas office coordination and follow-up?
- Are you wlling to work 12noon to 9pm? Mon to Friday?
- Willing to be part of small Indian office?Willing to work in Family Owned Business environment overseas?
- Are you dealing in to Invoicing, basic accounts department coordination, Billing reconciliation?
**Experience**:
- Admin: 4 years (preferred)
- Excel sheet: 2 years (preferred)

- Billing & Invoicing: 2 years (preferred)
- Vendor Management: 1 year (preferred)
