**About the Role**:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations for PEB construction projects. You will coordinate with the site team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily operations at the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and workers to ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Ensure proper execution of the PEB installation and structural work on-site.
- Monitor and inspect work progress, making sure all activities align with the project plans and timelines.
- Conduct regular safety checks to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain daily reports of work progress, material usage, and other on-site activities.
- Resolve any on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors for project coordination and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in the PEB, steel fabrication, or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PEB construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure efficient work coordination.
- Proficient in handling site issues, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Must have experience with project scheduling and coordination.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
