**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultations**: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- **Space Planning**: Develop functional floor plans and layouts that maximize space utilization.
- **Design Concept Development**: Create innovative design concepts, including color palettes, material selections, and furniture arrangements.
- **3D Rendering**: Utilize design software to create realistic 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
- **Material Sourcing**: Source high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings from reputable suppliers.
- **Project Management**: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- **Building Codes and Regulations**: Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- **Post-Project Evaluation**: Gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A passion for design and a creative mindset.
